For Your Family
Wellness is a family matter. Support for the people who love a first responder.
If you share a life with a first responder, you share the weight of it, too. The long shifts, the sleep that never quite catches up, the hypervigilance that follows them home. Raising kids on the schedule of a patrol car. Worrying about the call you hope never comes.
You deserve support that understands the life. The resources on this page were built by and for first responder families, their spouses, children, parents, and the people who have carried this quietly for years.
You are not alone. You never were.
