What data does Badge To The Bone store?
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we store the following associated with your account:
- Profile: display name, handle, bio, profile photo, agency info, social links
- Comments: episode comments and Bullpen forum posts
- Messages: private conversations with other users
- Bookmarks: saved episodes
- Listening History: episode progress tracking
- Likes & Votes: episode likes and Bullpen votes
- Badges: achievement badges earned
Public posts: Forum topics and comments you have made will remain visible to preserve discussion threads, but your name and profile photo will be removed and replaced with "[Deleted User]." Your personal data (profile, messages, bookmarks, listening history) is permanently deleted.
Option 1: Delete your data instantly
Sign in below and click Delete My Data to permanently erase all your personal data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
Option 2: Contact us
If you are unable to sign in or prefer to request deletion by email, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
